ABOUT US
CENTRE FOR KURDISH AFFAIRS is UK based an independent organisation working on Kurdish affairs through diplomacy, advocacy, and research. We help people understand what’s happening, why it matters, and what needs to change to protect rights and support human rights and peace.
Why We Exist ?
The Kurds are the largest nation without a state. In many places, Kurdish stories and Kurdish rights are pushed to the margins—misunderstood, misreported, or ignored. When the truth is hidden, injustice grows, and peace becomes harder to reach.
Our Aim Our aim is to bring the truth to life. We publish independent reports, share real evidence, and create spaces where Kurdish issues are discussed openly and responsibly—so the public and decision-makers can act on facts, not propaganda or silence.
What We Do?
• Raise awareness through panels, meetings, and public discussions
• Produce independent research and reports anyone can read and use
• Engage policymakers and institutions to advocate for peace and human rights
• Building dialogue to support understanding and reduce conflict.
What We Stand For ?
Peace, human rights, dignity, and truth. We believe lasting solutions come from honest information, respect for rights, and serious diplomacy.
Our Values
• Peace-first approach: dialogue, de-escalation, and long-term stability.
• Human rights and dignity: civilian protection, rule of law, and equal rights
• Independence: non-partisan analysis and transparent standards
•. Credibility: careful sourcing, clear methodology, and corrections when needed
• Responsibility: conflict-sensitive communication and ethical engagement
